My journey to Bake N Heal..

Hi !! This is Jasleen.I am a self taught baker.Baking started as a intutitive passion that allowed me to freely express my creativity through different flavours, designs and colours! A new hobby gradually developed into a passion that I can categorize as my meditation and healing activity!. When baking ,you tend to have that child like excitement as you gradually learn to bake, play with colors and designs and wait for the final outcome of your effort just like a child waits for the exam result!

As a mother I was always keen on providing healthy home food made with fresh and healthy ingredients to my children. The main ingredient that makes any food special is the warmth of your love infused deeply in the flavours thus enhancing the taste and spreading positive vibes!

Apart from being passionate about baking, I am also passionate about helping others through non-judgmental and empathetic listening.I can help you navigate through toxic relationships like narcissistic abuse.I can guide you with simple techniques to help you not just live your life but also enjoy every present moment! I believe self love is your mantra to healing!

We help survivors of narcissistic abuse reconnect with themselves, rebuild self-confidence, and use baking as a pathway to healing, empowerment, and financial independence.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support people healing from narcissistic and emotional abuse through a combination of coaching, self-discovery, creative baking, and skill-building. We aim to turn baking into a meaningful pathway for self-expression, confidence, independence, and, where desired, the opportunity to develop skills that can lead to earning.
